Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase must be enclosed in the package and sent to:

The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer. We are not responsible if the shipment does not arrive due to errors by the shipping company.
The package must be delivered directly to the address and not to a parcel shop.

Complaints

You have a 24-month right to complain.

Complaints must be made within 2 months after the defect or fault has been discovered.

If you have a complaint, please send it via our contact form. The email must include a picture and a description of the complaint. The order number must be specified in the subject line of the email.

Product purchase and payment

The amount will be deducted from your payment card when the package is shipped.

All items are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery is within 2-7 days.

If you do not pick up your package, a shipping fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

All prices include VAT.
